By using Emberhall you agree to these terms. This is an early test deployment; the service is provided “as is”, may change or go offline, and comes with no warranty or guarantee of data retention. Do not rely on it for irreplaceable data.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for the activity under your account. Provide accurate information when registering.

Acceptable use

Don’t use Emberhall to break the law, infringe others’ rights, upload malicious content, or disrupt the service. We may suspend accounts that abuse the platform.

Your content

You keep ownership of the campaigns, characters and other content you create. You grant us the limited right to store and display it to you and your group so the service can function.

Game content & trademarks

Reference content is built on openly licensed material (SRD under CC-BY / OGL / ORC), with attribution. Emberhall is “5e-compatible” and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Wizards of the Coast or Paizo. All third-party trademarks belong to their owners.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Emberhall is not liable for any damages arising from use of this test service, including data loss.
